I love Star Wars, I love game design, and I love Star Wars Unlimited. Fan art and fan fiction have never been my thing, but I love reflecting theme through mechanics and I’ve been designing fan board games since I first played the Pokemon TCG as a kid in 1997.

Storm Squadron Rebels is a fan blog for the Star Wars Unlimited trading card game, made from a game design perspective. While there will be some content about competitive play, I am not an expert player and will take a much more holistic approach to what I write. I’ll be designing custom cards, revising existing cards, and talking about card art, flavor and lore. I’ll also discuss decks, archetypes, formats, and all of that good stuff – but mostly through the perspective of a casual player who loves bringing tier 2 and 3 decks to big events just to see how well I can do.
